| Minutes of Meeting | President Vivek welcomed BOD at the BOD meeting. President Vivek appreciated following RCPM Members Passed previous meeting’s MOM, proposed by Rtn. Amita. Seconded by PP. Seema. Each Avenue directors made BOD Members aware of all forthcoming Activities/Plans in their Avenue. Decisions : As per accounts, payments to be reimbursed to Surekha, Decided to close the account carried forward through consecutive RYs, for payment regarding Sports Day, which was cancelled due to COVID. This will be done by appropriate document in consultation with CA. Decided to close any other account carried forward from previous RYs, if any, like Rs. 500/-. Rotaract Club. BOD whole heartedly appreciated, supported and welcomed decision by PP Madhav to stand for the post of DG. Appropriate suitable time / year will be decided. Next BOD meeting will be on 05/11/22 at 8.30 pm virtually on Zoom. |
