| Minutes of Meeting | 1. As the quorum was not full, meeting restarted after a gap. 2. President Vivek welcomed BOD at the BOD meeting. President Vivek appreciated RCPM Members. Rajas, Next Year’s BOD, Amit, Amita, Ekankika team, De Asara Team Excellent PI activity, nominated BOD, Rotaract Installation, Follow up for getting payments, Awards, 3. Previous BOD was held on 03/12/22, Minutes passed. Proposed by Rtn. Rajas, Seconded by Rtn. Ashish 4. Following BOD Members Holders presented report and tasks. President Vivek, Secretary Girish and Jt Secretary Kavita were present. 5. Each Avenue directors made BOD Members aware of all forthcoming Activities/Plans in their Avenue. 6. Following decisions were taken a. BOD decided on DG candidate and authorized President to vote at district conference. b. RYLA, visit to Suresh Naik Science Park, approved with abudget of Rs.10,000/- 6. President Vivek made announcements about 3131 district 7. Meeting Ended with Vote of Thanks given by President Vivek at 9.30 PM. |
