| Minutes of Meeting | It was a flexi meeting with BOD/Members of RCPM and all 3 Rotact Clubs People climbed from Hill from Kanchan Gully, there were joined by few directly on top then everybody on the hill in small small groups, alternating groups to know more and more members. It was followed by formal session of Rotaractors talking talking enthusiastically about their achivement this year ( apart from their introduction) The Meeting ended with Sumptous Fellowship on Hill itself and Vote of Thanks by President.
