RID 3131 undertook a massive project of making jobs available for rotaractors in many disciplines. FG Uday Subhedar participated in the RID 3131 team led by Gauri SHikarpur and actively trained the youngsters on hoe to face interviews as well as conducted interviews for 5 companies.
