Proposed by IPP Makarand Phadke and Seconded by Rtn Shobhana Paranjape • Club Admin PP Rtn Bhavana Chahure apprised all of the programmes for August. She mentioned there may be an interchange in the 16th and 29th programmes. This will be confirmed soon. • Projects PP Rtn Mukund Chiplunkar updated everyone on the aerators project. We have in pipeline two society’s wherein we will implement this project. Ordered aerators have been received and will be handed over soon. Other update as per • Treasurer Rtn Girish Ranade o Net banking is still not available – may take a few more days o Dist Dues cheque has been brought for signatures and will be submitted o RI dues will be paid online in next few days. • Membership PP Rtn Padma Shahane o updated all on the new members proposed whose biodata has been circulated and home visits for 4 members to be held. Her update available at • Foundation PP Rtn Madhav Tilgulkar o requested all BOD members to let him know the amount they propose to give to Foundation and other update available on • Youth Rtn Amita Nene o reported that the eRYLA of July 31 and August 1 was well received and well acclaimed. On the first day there were about 217 participants including district dignitaries, teachers, rotarians and students. On the second day there were about 150 participants and many district dignitaries attended the program. • PI Rtn Nayana Joshi o had a query on how to do PI for the Satellite Club and it was decided to have a separate meeting for the same. • Bulletin Rtn Shobhana Paranjape o Bulletins will be with a 15 days gap o Personal achievements should also be included o In case of any felicitations group photos to be used rather than individual ones eg induction of new members should have one group photo • IT Rtn Rajendra Erande o Remembering and maintenance of Contact data is individual responsibility. o Ideally for Rotary Communication use unique name, email, Mobile # for self and spouse. o Roster, District Web site, RI Web (My rotary), Google Drive, What’s App (WA), Zoom Name, RCPM Mail. o Completed: o New Web site launched. It is still incomplete. Few gave quick feedback. All others should provide o the comprehensive feedback before 5 th August for compilation. o Secretary, Youth, Uday, Bulletin started using Google Drive. o ‘Bolo Na’ 8 th Episode Broadcasted.
