Minutes of Meeting Minutes of the Club Assembly held on 23rd September on Zoom platform Attended by : Rtn Sneha Subhedar, President BOD 2021-22 RCPM members This assembly was to apprise the Club of the activities and project status for the first quarter (July – September). All avenues provided their updates in a very crisp, informative and professional presentations. Fellowship assimilation is going very well with the Membership project “Coffee pe Charcha”. RCPM Membership was awarded at the Membership seminar for their contribution towards getting membership and a Satellite Club. This quarter highlight for Foundation is the 2 major donors PP Rtn Seema Deshpande and PP Rtn Bhushan Mahajan. In the Environment area we have completed the Eco Bricks project. The Save Water project, an ongoing project, has become quite popular and we will be distributing the aerators to many more societies. We are in the process of getting a new Rotaract under our wing. We gave financial support to one of our Interact Schools for the student’s fees. Women empowerment program is in full swing. Teacher’s Day we had three very special schools ie Ankur, AksharNandan and Jidnyasa schools. These schools are unique in their way of teaching the students on not just the academics but also how to prepare for life in general. Our PI is going great guns!! Facebook reached more than 30,000 in Quarter 1 with 1900 Active engagements. Two donations and one member from Facebook posts. Kudos to the team PI!! RCPM participation in District events has been pretty good the last quarter. • DG installation • eRYLA • Monsoon fellowship • InterAct assembly • Membership seminar • All India RYE officers meet • Bike fellowship RCPM Medical project include– a) Distribution of oximeters and thermal guns to schools, b) Cervical Cancer Vaccination GG project, c) COVID-19 vaccination for 2,000 beneficiaries, d) Sane Guruji GG Project Our Global Grant project at Phalode is also going great guns! A rural watershed management and integrated development project, it has 1000 plus beneficiaries. Brig Rtn Sunil Gokhale showed in his presentation the workings and details of this project. The chief guest for the occasion was RCPM AG Rtn Sandeep Patil who was very pleased with the work done so far and advised more interaction on district site to display our projects.
