| Minutes of Meeting | . President Sneha welcomed BOD Members and updated all on events for the month of Mar and felicitated various members for their work in the club. 2. BOD confirmed MOM of 9th BOD held on 7th April 2022. Proposed by IPP Rtn Makarand Phadke and Seconded by PP Rtn Mukund Chiplunkar. 3. Secretary Rtn Surekha informed on her visit to USA for attending the Rotary International Convention to be held in Houston Texas on 4th to 8th June. She will be leaving for her trip on 10th May. Rtn Nayana Joshi has got the RCPM flags on order. 4. BOD Members presented their updates: • Club Admin PP Rtn Bhavana Chahure: o Not present • Service Projects PP Rtn Mukund Chiplunkar o Report of the projects uploaded on site to be obtained. o Projects to be uploaded on Showcase at rotary.org site o Nutritional Guidance sessions will be started at MCOE o Vocational Service Award to be given to Covid fighters of Sanjeevani Covid Center on 14th April 2022. o Project list and its approx. budgeted amount to be included. • Treasurer Rtn Girish Ranade (Not present) o Girish to send balance from corpus and FDs. Also amount of FDs o To send Fund raising account update o For planning of RY 2022-23 projects, expected balance in Trust Account (FD+SB) on 30th June to be worked out • Membership PP Rtn Padma Shahane o Satellite members leaving should be removed from the site. o Continuation and survival of our Satellite Club is a concern. BOD/RCPM to work out feasible solution • Foundation PP Rtn Madhav Tilgulkar o Not present • Youth Rtn Amita Nene (not present) • PI Rtn Nayana Joshi o Press conference – press noted to be handed over to press reps • Bulletin Rtn Shobhana Paranjapye o As per update • IT Rtn Rajendra Erande o Need for 14 members to register at rotary.org.. o Rs. 20,000 was approved for the Sufalam project of Synergy district group. • PE – International Rtn Vivek Kulkarni o Fundraising going good with 4 sessions done; 120 people have availed of this and upto 7 lakhs have been collected. • IPP o Phalode Water project going good. • Any other business with permission of Chair o None Meeting ended with Vote of Thanks proposed by Rtn Surekha at 8.00 pm. |
