Minutes of Meeting	DG and First lady were welcomed in traditional Sount Indian Theme. on a way to meeting, they participated in Nostaligia Photo Collage activity. Then meetings happened in that order to the satisfaction of DG. The evening planned for the DG’s Official Club Visit (OCV) at PYC turned out to be a grand success for RCPM with DG Rtn Dr Anil Parmar giving 90/100 marks for the overall presentations by the Club. This was mainly due to the good attendance of Rotarians, Anns, Rotaractors , Interactor and Donors present for the meeting in spite of heavy rains (83). The planning for the meeting started well in advance before AG visit. The DG visit committee was headed by PP Rtn Mohan Chhatre consisting of members of Kruttika Group and a few volunteers. It is indeed heartening to see how committed our Rotarians are when they take up a responsibility. E.g. An innovative idea to involve each person present to be a part of the event by pasting a photograph of their choice on sheets which were then displayed in the hall. The evening started with DG Rtn Dr Anil Parmar and Dist First Lady Rtn Dr Hema being received at the hall by the reception committee giving a traditional South Indian welcome. All guests and RCPMers were also welcomed in same unique manner. DG Rtn Dr Anil appreciated this welcome. There were 4 meetings lined up. DG Rtn Dr Anil went through these meetings giving sufficient time for each one to speak and see the presentations. In the meanwhile, other Rotarians, Anns and Annas were having a grand time on the terrace enjoying the hot snacks and steaming beverages. Finally, the final meeting for the evening, the Club Assembly started and as is the tradition of our Club, the DG was led into the hall getting introduced to each PP and spouse who greeted him with a South Indian delicacy and a photograph of a project of their year. He then saw the T Shirts Rotary name plates and the note book with concept of RRR. The Club assembly started with the usual note and after the Presidential address and the Secretarial Report, it was time to recognise the donors to the TRF. PP Seema announced the names of the donors they were felicitated at the hands of the DG. [ 14 members gave cheques totalling 6085 USD] DG Rtn Dr Anil Parmar in his address to the Club expressed great satisfaction with the overall working of the Club and was also full of praise of theme’ try new things’. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by PE Rtn Surekha. The South Indian menu was a fitting finale for our DG visit. All arrangements were excellent
