It was discussed and resolved that a ‘chair-person’ will be appointed for ‘CSR and Fund Raising’ activity, who will be part of BOD. BOD 23-24 will define roles, responsibilities and authorities of the chair-person, which will be focused on CSR and fund raising on behalf of RCPM.
