Felicitated club admin for wonderful fellowships during the month and the convenors of the projects for the on-going projects 2. Action Items from last BOD discussed and status updated 3. Approval of BOD minutes of meeting held on 7-Oct-23 Proposed by: Prerana, Seconded by: Shilpa 4. Following BOD Members presented report and tasks - President – Rtn. Surekha - Planned activities for the coming month were discussed - Updates on application to Global grant for Borewell project was given - Announced upcoming district events - Discussed on Change report submission Treasurer – Rtn. Shilpa - All expenses are within budget Club Admin – Rtn. Mohan - Finalized all the November programs - December Saarathi group created and planning in progress Service Projects – Rtn. Madhavi C - Gave updates on existing projects - Gave updates on planned projects Membership – Rtn. Seema - Discussed on ideas on increasing membership by connecting with members contacts. - Monthly birthday celebrations are going on at the end of each month for member assimilation Foundation – Rtn. Bhavana - Gave foundation seminar updates - Gave updates on members giving to foundation and planned donations Youth – Rtn. Ashish Jog - RYLA is finalized on 6-Jan and venue is yet to be finalized. Agenda is also planned. - All 3 interact clubs will be involved in RYLA - Rotaract club of Pune Metro is fully functional - Looking at Balshikshan Mandir school as probable interact - Discussion about RYLA for blind schools was initiated. - Series of EPIC will be initiated in Jan Bulletin – Ann. Kavita Deshpande - Discussion on ‘project specific’ bulletin for Foundation Seminar PE – Rtn. Amita Nene - Initiated planning of fundraising program for RY24-25 3. Following Resolutions passed Nos Avenue Topic Actions / Resolutions 4. Next BOD – at Surekha’s house on 2-Dec-23 at 10.00 AM 5.
