Felicitated club admin for wonderful fellowships during the month and the convenors of the projects for the on-going projects 2. Action Items from last BOD discussed and status updated 3. Approval of BOD minutes of meeting held on 4-Nov-23 Proposed by: Seema, Seconded by: Mohan 4. Following BOD Members presented report and tasks - President – Rtn. Surekha - Update on PETS seminar. Venue has been finalized and other details are being worked out. - Requested for meetings to be held at SNDT since it has been paid for the year. - Allocated 1L budget for District events - need to transfer 50K for Foundation seminar to AOP account Treasurer – Rtn. Shilpa - We are within the budget for meeting expenses - CSR certificate given by CA - Current treasurer needs to be added to Fund raising account Club Admin – Rtn. Mohan - Felicitation of Nov Saarthi’s and Amit for December program - December programs have been planned - 2-min Jalwa is planned in Mar – Convenor – Rtn. Kiran - DG visit – Convenor – Rtn. Deepak - Club Day is planned on 25-Apr – Convenor Rtn. Pradnya and Rtn. Varsha Service Projects – Updates given by Rtn. Surekha and Ann. Kavita - School supplies distribution project was successfully completed. Electronica CSR might available to next few years. - CSR with Atos is in progress for ACP project. - GG is in approval stage for Borewell project. - General suggestion for BOD to get involved in projects on regular basis. - Phalode – A teacher from Rajgurunagar came to give training to the ladies for stitching blankets (godhadya). 8 ladies participated and will be doing the stitching going forward. Appeal to members to donate cupboards (for storage) and tables for doing the stitching work Membership – Rtn. Seema - Induction of new member is planned at the 18-Jan meeting - Monthly birthday celebrations are going on at the end of each month for member assimilation Foundation – Rtn. Bhavana - $7323 collection so far from the club - Going to appeal to members to donate during DG visit Rtn. Amit – - Beautification project planned. Meeting to be planned along with President to work out details - Will upload RCPM film and project related details on different social media platforms Rtn. Vandana – - Work related to auto generation of receipts is in progress - Plan to clean-up and arrange Google Drive and external drive Youth – Rtn. Ashish Jog - RYLA is finalized on 6-Jan and 7-Jan. Agenda and planning is in progress. - All 3 interact clubs will be involved in RYLA - Blind school RYLA to be planned – venue will be given by their school - EPIC series to be planned for Rotaractors in January / February - Medical camp for interact schools to be planned Bulletin – Ann. Kavita Deshpande - Discussion on bulletin contents during DG visit in Feb. - Released project specific bulletin during Foundation Seminar on 25-Nov - Released November bulletin on 7-Dec 3.
