[11:10, 25/11/2021] Rtn Anna Uday Subhedar: On 7th Nov 2021, we had a very effective 4th episode of EPIC for Rotaractors. The guest speaker of the day was Rtn. Datta Deshpande who gave the participants a glimpse into his successful entrepreneurial journey as the founder of his engineering set up Pratham Technologies. Rtn. Datta also gave the participants invaluable insights into the 7 habits of Highly Effective People. He gave a quick run through on what these 7 habits are and how inculcating these can help an individual achieve much more in his life. He encouraged the students to read the book and come back to him with their thoughts, views and queries that come up in the process. The Chief guest for this program was Rtn PP Avinash Joshi, who gave the attendees a very crucial insight into how an entrepreneur should think. He highlighted the importance of asking some key questions in every business situation in order to think our of the box and grow – What is being done, how is it being done, why it is being done and How can it be done differently. The program was very nicely conducted by the Rotaractors and their thorough preparation was noticeable. From RCPM, in addition to Rtn. Datta and PP Avinash Joshi, we also had PP Makarand, PE Vivek, Rtn. Prerana, Rtn. Rajen Erande Rtn. Shilpa Rtn Yogeshree and Ann Ashwini present for the session.
