Bringing together District 3131 and District 4141, RCP Metro jointly organised and hosted the Inter-district e-RYLA L-I-A “Leadership In Action” along with RCP Kothrud and RC Mumbai North Island and it was a great success! Participation was very good and we used the zoom full capacity (100) and there were many more who joined the event via Facebook live. The content of the sessions on both days was very enlightening for students and the feedback received at the end of the 2-days event was very encouraging. The RYLA comprised 3 sessions by eminent speakers - Rtn. Urmila Prabhu who kept the audience engaged as she covered Problem Solving topic through a unique story telling method; Anna Uday Subhedar of RCP Metro who guided the participants through a very crisp and apt delivery on the topic of Team building; Rtn. Dr Vishwanath Lele took the participants through an Interest inventory, helping the students identify their areas of career interest. The last session of this event was a very interesting elocution competition on the topic My Ambition. The competition was judged by Rtn. Prerana Joshi from RCP Metro along with Rtn. Gauri Deshpande and Rtn. Urmila Haldankar; and 3 winners were recognised. Pres. Sneha anchored the opening and closing of the event and the feedback session and Vote of thanks was by Youth Director Amita. Rtn. Rtn PP Ujwal Tawade was the Convenor and MOC of the event. We were delighted to have addresses by District Youth Director 3131 Gauri Shikarpur, District Youth Director 3141 Ashmi Parekh, PDG Pramod Jejurikar and District 3131 RYLA Chair Anand Mahurkar. The event also had in attendance District 3131 Synergy chair Pallavi Sable.
