This is one of the longest running program by RCPM. Almost 16 years done jointly with Jagruti Seva Sanstha and Indsearch. Indsearch provides infrastructure, Jagruti identifies right set of beneficiaries and further monitors them and RCPM conducts the event and further appreciates Jagruti Seva sanstha with donation. It was attended by 16 young girls in theor 20s and 30s. In the Program, spanning over 2 days, following topics were covered General Management, Banking facilities, Stress Management, Time Management, Financial Management. Interaction with few successful Ladies, who could be the Role model for sharing their experiences/learning was cherry on top. At the end, completion certificates were given to all participants Approximate total cost of the workshop/event was over Rs 60,000 covering facilities, course material, manpower support, Meals/Snacks for 2 days, honorarium for speakers etc etc. RCPM trust shared the cost by contributing Rs 10,000 to Jagruti Seva Sanstha and providing Manpower support in organizing and conducting the program. Efforts: from RCPM side, minimum 100 hours were spent by Convenor Ann Ashwinitai Joshi, Rtn Amita Nene, Rtn Padma Shahane plus many other volunteered and supported the project. Overall, RCPM achieved the goal to help create small entrepreneurs and/or help existing ones ( in the under-privilege category) take next higher step by giving them necessary knowledge, offering member’s advisory services to contact for any support as well as to we all learnt about ground level challenges faced today, by these ladies, which in turn will help RCPM define our Social service road map.
